Customer Service Rep - Pool Industry Experience

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Rep would be in charge of managing the front counter and inside sales for the branch. The right candidate for this position would have pool industry experience and be able tprovide superior customer service tclientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer service excellence
    • Treat all customers with courtesy and professionalism 
    • Help customers with product and technical needs
  • Answer incoming calls
    • Answer all incoming calls in 3 rings or less
    • Enter all orders in FACTS
  • Work with counter customers
    • Provide customer service tall counter customers 
    • Pull orders in a correct and timely fashion
  • Work in collaboration with the team
    • Work with sales team tinform of customer habits
    • Help drivers and check-out trucks
  • Maintain industry knowledge
    • Attend customer service training programs
    • Attend technical training seminars for product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Required
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Attention to detail required
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and adapt to changing needs of department
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills also required
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to lift up to 75lbs
  • Pool Industry knowledge required
  • High level of professional
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Required Education

Education & Training:

  • High school Diploma
